In the industry, Company Directors John Anstee and Sam Tod have a combined experience of over 45 years. That local knowledge accumulated over the years, accompanied with experience in competitive markets, including South West London and the Middle East means their finger is on the pulse of every shift in the local Chichester and wider West Sussex property market.
Foundations for success
Firm friends for many years, Sam Tod and John Anstee created Tod Anstee in the Spring of 2009. The concept was born out of the worldwide financial crisis where Sam and John saw the clear strength of working independently away from the grind of the larger corporate world.
The early days were tough. Within a competitive market we inherited a loyal portfolio of clients – to who we remain forever grateful. Thank you. Sam and John spearheaded the company and hard work ensued. After setting up in a global recession there were many sleepless nights. We had very forgiving families. Team and Network became everything and Passion and Quality became our mantra – this drives us today.
We recognise that successful agency is not about an online photograph and a flashy car – it is about the bringing together of people with shared goals and aspiration. Selling and Renting property is a people business and when we say Connecting People with Property, we mean it. Trusted Network and love of the area is key.
