Chichester

Chichester is a beautiful county town with a rich history dating back to the Romans. The Cathedral stands in the heart of Chichester, boasting architectural features from the Anglo-Saxons to the Victorians; a symbolic representation of antiquity in the city. The story of England’s history is told through the properties in the Chichester area, making it an exciting and unique place to live.

Westhampnett

This quaint village is a haven for gorgeous properties that Tod Anstee are excited to work with. Within the village, there are the hamlets of Maudlin, Waterbeech, Westerton and Woodcote, all of which are served by Tod Anstee. Westhampnett is ideal for a quiet retirement, with a mix of detached, semi-detached and terraced houses.

Although small, Westhampnett has its own Church of England primary school, Rolls Royce assembly plant and was the site of a World War 2 military airbase housing two squadrons of Spitfires. From the early twentieth century the world-famous Goodwood estate has operated it as a miniature airport and training ground for flying privately, as well as a motor racing track. With exciting employment and education opportunities, Westhampnett is a prime location for families with children.

Stockbridge & Donnington

The small village of Stockbridge has unique charm with independent stores and smaller branded shops serving the area. Most of the houses in Stockbridge are beautiful red-brick detached or semi-detached. The majority of properties in the village are owned with a mortgage, making it an ideal location to buy or sell property.

Stockbridge is just off the Chichester Bypass so transport in and out of the city is easily accessible via the Stockbridge roundabout. This area is perfect for young professionals and students, especially with the university close-by.

Donnington is a small village close to Stockbridge, made up mostly of detached houses that are owned outright by those who live there. Beautifully positioned right on the Chichester Canal, if you are looking for a quiet village to move to, then consider Donnington.

Hunston, Mundham & Runcton

Whyke is characterised by its collection of gorgeous lakes surrounding the Chichester Lakeside Park, making it a popular destination for weekend breaks and leisurely holidays. When you buy or rent a house through Tod Anstee in Whyke, you too can enjoy serene views. The majority of houses here are terraced, perfect for first time buyers, couples and individuals.

Portfield is a little closer to Chichester town centre and has a retail park filled with big brand businesses and restaurants. Whilst Portfield is a popular shopping destination, the surrounding countryside is loved by its residents for the relaxing pub walks. Similar to Whyke, most properties here are single occupancy terraced houses.

Drayton is a traditional English village nestled on the outskirts of Chichester, with a range of properties available from detached cottages to contemporary living spaces. Close to the village of Oving, Drayton’s residents enjoy the serenity of Drayton as most people travel to the city for work. During the weekends, Springfield Park and Wyvale Garden Centre are great for unwinding.
