Independent West Sussex estate agency Tod Anstee celebrates 11th anniversary with rebrand and pledge to plant local trees
Optimism lives on as John and Sam recognise the green shoots of property recovery in early 2020 and the anticipated uplift post COVID-19 in Chichester and surrounding areas.
8th April 2020 – Leading independent property consultants Tod Anstee (www.todanstee.com) have announced a symbolic rebrand and campaign to plant local trees in the community to show their appreciation for our beautiful surroundings.
Tod Anstee’s team specialise in residential and commercial property sales, lettings, management, development land and new home sales. Based in The Old Coach House in West Pallant, they have committed to plant one tree in the local community for every completed transaction.
Director Sam Tod said, “Earlier this year we saw a notable increase in enquiries from both buyers and vendors since the 2019 election. We are looking forward to embracing the property market growth across West Sussex post COVID-19 restrictions.”
We are adhering to government social distancing advice. Although property visits are currently not advised, we are encouraged by our online activity. According to recent data from Rightmove, we have also seen an average 15-20% increase in our online traffic during the lockdown period so far. Nationwide have outlined that UK house prices climbed 3% during the year to March, the fastest rate of growth since January 2018. Rightmove also highlighted that the average UK house price increased by 2.3% in January 2020 alone, which is the largest monthly rise ever recorded at this time of year. We have had a recent increase in enquiries for people wanting to live in our beautiful region. We hope to see this positivity reflect in the market once the official advice deems it safe to lift the COVID-19 restrictions.
Director John Anstee said, “Chichester is an amazing home for us personally and commercially, and we are committed to its success. We have built a strong reputation for being hard working, approachable and active – qualities that we believe will set us apart in the years ahead. You will see our new branding across our sales and lettings boards from this week, the oak tree represents our strength, stability and our love of Chichester and the surrounding region.
